This is a great opportunity to work in a professional team atmosphere in a fast-growing company.FIELD SERVICE DUTIES Diagnoses service issues for windows and exterior doors on jobsiteReplace sash due to stress crack, seal failure, or warped sashPerform operating adjustments for / out of square / brick pressure, identify and correct if possibleRepair or replace broken or damaged units on delivery or on jobsiteScreen installation onsiteHardware installation (foot bolts, handles, locks)Hidden screen installationExpedite service completion to ensure customer satisfactionOFFICE DUTIES Communicate issues and status of service with sales and Installation teamFind part numbers for orderingReorder / order parts and sashesCreate PO and order in POS system for ordering, tracking, and receiving in yardEnter information into Andersen Window web careIdentify concealed damage and screen issuesBill service to appropriate vendor, manufacturer, customer when applicableREQUIREMENTS High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and three (3) months experience performing these or similar tasks; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
