Building Material Distributors, Inc. is Hiring a Warehouse Associate I Near Riverside, CA
We are seeking a full-time, Warehouse Associate for our distribution center in Riverside, California. Responsibilities for this position include loading and unloading trucks, storing and pulling product, receiving and shipping products, and driving a forklift.
Essential Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 3 years forklift and warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution center
- Self-motivated and enjoys working independently
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Able to sustain physical work at a fast pace including pushing, bending, lifting, kneeling, walking, climbing ladders/steps
- Comfortable working outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Competent at accurately reading shipping documents and other printed material
- Good basic math skills
- Highly competent in the areas of accuracy, organization, adaptability, dependability, and teamwork
- Available to work Monday through Friday with flexibility to work overtime as required before and after regular work hours
- Able to pass drug test, physical and background check
