SUMMARYThe Supply Chain Manager is responsible for assisting SVP of Supply Chain and Director of Procurement in conducting periodic demand, purchase, and fulfillment analysis. This position will also prepare a cost abstract for accounting and financial reporting and help the organization understand SupplyCo performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting SVP of Supply Chain and Procurement Director with budget preparation and quarterly projection analysis with all vendors and ensure that strategic initiatives are appropriately supported with sufficient inventory and COGS analysis.
• Build and maintain purchase models related to the planning cycle of all raw materials, packaging, and completion products
• Request and consolidate monthly inventory report from all vendors with committed inventories to make sure all vendors maintain sufficient inventories. Provide insight on inventory positions at suppliers in terms of both fast moving and non-performing inventory.
• Maintain accurate receiving status of all shipments delivered to 3PL, and audit monthly inventory count on Marketman
• Keep accurate tracking of inventory transferring among 3PL, corporate factories, and corporate stores
• Work with Logistics Team to improve PO fulfillment accuracy and timeliness
• Develop monthly purchase reporting to better manage Inventory and service levels

BASIC & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting required
• 3 years of professional Supply Chain analytics, finance or Inventory accounting experience required
• An analytical approach to work and continuous improvement mindset
• Practical experience with a Warehouse Management System including inquiry and report writing preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving skills and initiative
• Experience performing in a goal-setting environment preferred
• Written communication skills including financial and operational reports
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data management

• Constantly operates a computer or other office equipment
• Travel: Rarely (Less than 10%)
