**Description and Requirements**
As an Operational Support Specialist, you'll provide merchandising evaluations through photo and service order reviews. This position emphasizes the delivery of premium customer service, ensuring dependable 360 knowledge, and a clear path of resolution and/or escalation via calls, texts, chats, and emails from Acosta & Premium employees as well as retail store associates and managers. Additionally, you'll assist employees and peers with daily OSC operations.

**What will you do?**
Choose grades that may affect the field merchandisers' scorecards.
Complete quality checks on new jobs/actions.
Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
Document issues with proper grammar and spelling.
Email internal business partners from Client Accounts, Field Operations, HR, Payroll, I.T., and others with escalation reports.
Navigate multiple cloud-based applications for functionality and resources.
Escalate trends to supervisor.
Perform other duties a required.
**How will you succeed?**
Demonstrate proficiency in typing and navigating multiple browsers.
Exhibit professional phone etiquette.
**Experience and Qualifications**
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a contact center or office setting is required.
Experience in retail or merchandising is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
**Work Environment and Physical Requirements**
Ability to work in an environment where viewing a computer monitor for 100% of the shift is required.
Must be able to sit for long periods and may need to wear personal protective equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
