As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for planning, sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for Buckingham's cross-functioning corporate departments including Development and Construction. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for planning, sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for Buckingham's cross-functioning corporate departments, while providing influence to Property Management requisitions. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll establish and build school partnerships - cultivating the company's continued desire to build bench strength and foster promotion from within. With help of both internal and external tools and resources, you will identify opportunities to build high-performing candidate pools, establish trust and partnerships with Hiring Managers, identify candidates for skillset and cultural "fit", while ensuring a positive new hire experience. To achieve success, our Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute recruiting strategies and fully embrace Buckingham's Leadership Model and retain top talent.
