We are looking for a qualified leader who will coach, develop, and lead by example. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who understands the value of excellent guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and team development. Must have minimum 2 years of Management experience in a restaurant.

Job Duties (including but not limited to)

• Leads, coaches, recognizes performance, directs activities, and establishes priorities for Shift Leaders, and Team members for efficient and effective restaurant operations.
• Measuring, creating and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinating and implementing new product introductions and procedures in the restaurant
• Ensuring execution and compliance with all security, food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Maintaining cost controls and meeting the sales/profit goals
• Responsible for BOH operations, inventories, & training
• Assisting the restaurant management team in recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, team member relations and corrective action

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
