Hello, Oak Creek Rehabilitation in Kimberly, ID is actively looking to hire a part time CNA.

At Oak Creek, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care.

Job Description:

  • Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
  • Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
  • Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
  • Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
  • Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
  • Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Requirements:

  • Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
  • Able to make decisions independently when warranted
  • Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
