Responsibilities
- Security Officers must maintain safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
- Security Officers must prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
- Security Officers must provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Security Officers must secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Security Officers must complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
- Security Officers must maintain organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Security Officers must maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Security Officers must interact with staff and assist the store's management team.
- Security Officers must contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
