Are you ready to help create something extraordinary?Your Job: The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is an integral role in establishing a formal Marketing Operations function for Brooks, including leading implementation of a new operational approach aimed at scaling our marketing organization. The Marketing Operations team will be responsible for setting up and maintaining overarching workflows, processes, systems, tools and RACIs that direct how our cross-functional marketing teams interact daily to deliver operational and workflow efficiencies. As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you will play a critical role in guiding how cross-functional teams within the Brooks marketing organization collaborate to develop and execute key marketing campaigns, stories, and initiatives. You will drive operational excellence across Marketing processes and operations to optimize how cross-functional marketing teams interact and function to decrease complexity and drive consistency, efficiency and effectiveness. You possess a unique blend of marketing expertise, combined with demonstrated success in driving efficiency, process improvements, and scale. You are an outstanding communicator with excellent project management skills and have depth of experience working with large and diverse marketing teams.
