BROOKSIDE PROPERTIES, INC. is Hiring a Part Time Leasing Agent Near Bakewell, TN
We seek an experienced Part-Time Leasing Consultant for Walnut Commons and Bread Factory Lofts in Chattanooga. 127-units total.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing apartments.
- Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features
- Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements.
- Miscellaneous clerical duties as required.
- Sales/marketing/customer service experience required; previous leasing experience helpful.
Schedule:
- 20 hrs a week.
- Saturdays required.
Successful background checks and drug screening are conditions of employment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- Property leasing: 2 years (Preferred)
