We are looking for a driven and energetic Associate Chiropractor to join our dynamic team in Racine, Wisconsin! As an Associate Chiropractor here, you will be a key player in providing top-notch chiropractic care to patients and helping us achieve our mission of improving lives and communities through chiropractic.

We are the only practice in Racine that focuses on corrective chiropractic care (Thompson Technique with Pettibon, and CBP rehab). We value life balance that provides a 4 day work week, great support staff, fun working environment (light sabers and disco ball in the office)!

You must be:
Comfortable with manual adjusting and willing to learn the Thompson Technique, good communicator and outgoing, willing to be a team player. Willing to learn biomechanical and the vitalistic properties of chiropractic.

We are nestled between 2 big cities - Milwaukee being about 20 minutes away - Chicago only 60 minutes away!

Racine is located on Lake Michigan with one of the nicest beaches in the United States. It is an extremely close knit community with lots of parks, leading WI as one of the healthiest communities. Our office is a free standing, owned building which has been recently remodeled with a brand new parking lot!

Compensation:

• $60,000 base annum (with a range of $80-90K possible earnings in 1st year)
• Bonuses

  • 0-10 Base; 10-20 25%; 20-30 30%; 40%
  • Current Associate making six figures using the above model

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and treatments to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Active chiropractic license in Wisconsin (or willingness to attain one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to improving lives through chiropractic
