Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in manual website testing to join our growing team.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will assist with writing and executing test cases for A/B and multivariate tests. The best person for the role is someone who is detail oriented and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a cross functional team consisting of project managers, consultants, developers, designers, and analysts to deliver high quality A/B and multivariate experiments to our clients.
• Identify and document test cases.
• Perform manual QA testing across a variety of browsers and devices.
• Provide detailed issue documentation for our developers.
• Validate that experiments meet all specifications before and after they go live.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of manual testing experience, including test case authoring
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with A/B testing
• Browser Debugging Tools
• Browser Plugins/Extensions (Debugger for Adobe Analytics, EditThisCookie, Ghostery)
• GitHub Basics
• Mobile Device Testing Experience
