Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required; one to three months related experience and/or
training is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, and other Special Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and may be required to obtain a commercial driver’s license based on the needs
of the community.

Makes standard and routine decisions based on detailed guidelines. Solves problems using clear, detailed guidelines
or by reporting them to a supervisor.
Knowledge and Skills
Has a basic level of a skill related to engagement and can follow written or verbal instructions. Demonstrates
technical skills to complete a few repetitive and well-defined duties. Has a basic knowledge of the organization in
order to answer straight-forward questions. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Has computer software
skills including Microsoft Excel and Word and is comfortable using various social media platforms. Maintains
positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and coworkers. Has excellent oral and
written communication and teaching skills.
