$4,000 sign on bonus for full-time!
$2,000 sign on bonus for part-time!

Assisted Living:
Day Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm (Part-time)
Evening Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm (Part-time)
Skilled Nursing:
Day Shift: 6am-2pm (Full-time, Part-time or PRN)
Evening Shift: 2pm-10pm (Full-time, Part-time or PRN)
Weekend shifts available
LPN Shift Differentials:
- Day Shift: additional $0.50/hour (AL); additional $1.00/hr (SNF)
- Afternoon Shift: additional $2.00/hour
- Overnight Shift: additional $2.00/hour
- Weekends (all shifts): additional $5.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
- Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
- LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.
