Provides established leadership and talent acquisition strategy for the corporate and market based recruiting talent acquisition teams. Oversees the talent acquisition process and collaborates with hiring managers, HRIS team, and talent acquisition vendors to improve the overall recruiting process. Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

Education and Experience
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsDriver’s license required.

Proven skills in interpersonal communications, diplomacy, negotiating and leadership. Excellent program development skills with strong creative abilities. Ability to think “out of the box”. Must have strong analytical, computer and organizational skills.
