Compensation: $16 - $19 an hour depending on experience with sales commission and other bonus opportunities available

What does our Customer Service Representative do?

Customer service representatives help field customer calls and serve as a liaison between customers, service technicians and sales representatives. In this capacity, you would assist customers in scheduling service and resolving concerns, monitor accounts receivables and process daily work. You would also handle routing of service technicians. 

We are looking for a people person that loves to help people solve their problems. We will train the right person.
