Direct Support Professionals work with individuals on goals to achieve the highest level of independence. This will ensure that evidence-based practices are utilized to ensure a comprehensive therapeutic program is provided for the individuals served. The Direct Support Professional will also ensure that state and agency regulations are adhered to and best practices for providing supervision to all individuals to make sure their needs are met. Minimum Qualifications:· Must be at least 19 years of age,· Must pass a background check,· Must pass pre-employment TB screen and physical.· Valid driver’s license, with a good driving record· Lift 50lbsShifts:Hiring for all shifts. Training class is slated to start September 12. Experience:No experience is needed supporting people with special needs.
