About the Role

As a fully remote representative of our Customer Service team, you will interact with our customers to troubleshoot and solve basic technical issues and provide information about Brivo’s products and services. 

In this customer-centric role, you will also be responsible for:

• Serving as a customer advocate and interact with internal teams to solve customer issues
• Resolving incoming cases and escalate as needed
• Responding to customer phone and email inquiries timely and efficiently
• Recording customer interactions and resolutions in a case management system
• Informing customers of critical issues and system updates
• Willingness to assist onboarding new agents

About You

• Previous call center experience in technical environment required
• Must have a technical inclination and a basic understanding of electronics and networking (TCP/IP)
• Interest in cloud technology, SaaS, IoT
• A passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Creative problem-solving capabilities, ownership of issues, and excellent organization skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
