The Outbound/Email Marketing Specialist will work closely with our Content Marketing Specialist to reach our target audiences and work with teammates in the Marketing department as well as across the company to meet goals and contribute directly to our company’s success.

Job Summary and Job Functions

• Manage all outbound email campaigns for prospecting, nurturing, and lifecycle management of Britten brands and products including BoxPop, BannerSaver, and WoodWorks 
• Become the Subject Matter Expert for the outbound email process
• Produce and execute e-mail marketing tactics such as design, copywriting, asset integration, HTML, and scheduling for specific campaigns
• Build and execute A/B tests to trial campaigns, messaging, subject lines, and analysis and customer behavioral insights to improve results
• Develop relevant audience lists for targeted messaging of all Britten products
• Establish automated CRM email campaigns using account/client data
• Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends?
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy, messaging, and copywriting
• Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation?
• Support the maintenance and development of email vendor automation tools
• Prepare outbound campaign activity reports and metrics for measuring program success?
• Assists with omnichannel campaign planning- landing page creation, SEO/SEM keyword integration

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or other related experience
• Experience with email platforms (Active Campaign, SendGrid, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Familiar with CRM tool (Salesforce), project management boards (Asana, Basecamp) 
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Effective time management, organizational and project planning skills
• Ambitious to improve both yourself and the business
• Utilizes effective time schedules and prioritizes work productively
• Effective in verbal and written communication as well as listening skills. Communicates respectively with others
