We are seeking a Human Resources Manager that will champion our culture and lead a wide range of HR activities to enhance the employee experience and lifecycle, including, but not limited to onboarding, performance management, employee coaching, talent management, employee relations, absentee management, benefit, and total rewards programs. This individual will report directly to the VP of Human Resources, will reside, and provide primary support to our Denver office, and must have the ability to travel as needed to service headquarters in St. Louis, and offices in Kansas City, and Richmond Virginia.
