Brightview Senior Living LLC is Hiring a Social Media Coordinator Near Baltimore Home Office, MD

If you are a social media guru with excellent project management skills, a creative prospective and a ton of energy……. ….  Brightview Senior Living wants to talk to you!What will you be doing:

  • Coordinate social media posts that align with the company’s brand identity, multiple target audiences, and lead generation goals.
  • Create and implement themed social media campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, to support lead generation and HR recruiting efforts.
  • Define and report on social media KPIs, including conversions and ROI objectives.
  • Create and publish content for internal communications, such as the intranet and internal app
  • Monitor and support social media postings by community associates. Ensure timely and thoughtful responses to comments.
  • Source or create customized, engaging graphics to accompany social media and intranet posts

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline from a four-year college or university and 1-2 years of social media experience.
  • Creative and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain consistent branding across all responsible communications. Proper grammar and demonstrated experience in professional writing is required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with associates, residents, and family members.
  • The Ability to source and produce high-quality graphics. Demonstrated expertise in graphics production, such as Photoshop is a plus.
  • Experience with social media management dashboards, such as SOCI and Hubspot
  • Paid social advertising and budget management experience
  • Experience utilizing video software app (OneDay) to capture resident storytelling and testimonials is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, Experience in creating themed social media campaigns across platforms.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding and competing deadlines, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
  • Ability to analyze markets and contribute to strategic and tactical changes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment committed to transforming lives.
  • Flexibility to be on-site at communities, including some out-of-state travel when required, up to 10% of the time.
