Rivercrest Wellness & Rehab is Newbury Court's newly renovated Skilled Nursing Unit/Nursing Home for long-term care, short-term care, and rehab services. Our 42-bed community provides a high level of care and home-like environment to our residents. Newbury Court has a long tradition of providing care, compassion, and an exceptional quality of life for residents and employees.
Beginning at $20/hr for full or part time ($22/hr for per-diem) PLUS shift differentials up to $4/hr (on select shifts)

5-star staff to patient ratio for a 42-bed unit: 6 aides on days/5 aides on evenings/4 aides on overnight
Qualifications:

• Up to date state of MA CNA license
• 2 years CNA experience
• Long term care experience a plus
• Ability to work rotating holidays and weekends as scheduled
