• Perform Client assessments/reassessments

• RN with five (5) years clinical experience
• Two (2) years' experience in-home care preferred
• Current NJ State Nursing License in good standing
• Analytic/Critical thinker
• Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills
• Comply with accepted professional standards of practice
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, staff and community.
• Treat clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and present a positive public image.
• Case management skills are a plus
• Able to work occasionally on weekends, nights and holidays
• On call hours
• Reliable transportation
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Infusion experience(required)
• Wound care experience(preferred)
• Pediatrics experience(required)
