Are you a dedicated RN passionate about providing exceptional care in a home setting? We are seeking an Infusion RN with at least 2 years of clinical experience. Experience in infusion therapy is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong assessment skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer specialty infusion therapy per physician orders and state regulations.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide specialized nursing services and support to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Administer specialty medications, including Immunoglobulins, Biologics, Iron, Antibiotics, and PNs.
- Diverse assignments and procedures.
- Flexible schedules with paid mileage and travel time.
- Opportunities for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
- One-on-one patient care in a home setting.
- Collaboration with a Joint Commission accredited agency.
- Access to continuing education opportunities.
- Weekly pay with direct deposit option.
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
- Eligibility to work in the US.
- Clean background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Up-to-date physical examination and immunization history.
- 2 years of clinical experience (home care preferred).
- Infusion therapy experience.
- Proficiency in placing PIVs, Port access, and PICC Line care.
- Knowledge of phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients.
- Experience with various infusion pumps and delivery methods.
- Wound care experience is a plus.
