BrightStar Care Corporate Jobs is Hiring an Executive Assistant Near Gurnee, IL

BrightStar Care is the nation's leading home care and medical staffing franchisor, and we are continuing to grow! We are searching for a highly skilled, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to provide executive-level administrative support. The Executive Assistant (EA) will plan, prioritize, communicate, and organize a high volume of complex projects and tasks. The EA will manage a diverse workload that demands ironclad discretion and excellent critical thinking skills. This role will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our CEO.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage extensive travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including airline, ground transportation, dining and entertainment, and lodging. Provide agendas and itineraries prior to trips.
  • Proactively coordinate personal reoccurring appointment as directed.
  • Scheduling preparation time and hair/makeup services for all PR events
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level gatherings, including Board of Directors and EOS meetings.
  • Prioritize, balance, and manage a variety of simultaneous projects to successful completion.
  • Assist CEO with personal errands and or personal event coordination.
  • Proactively coordinate expense report management and reimbursement/reconciliation functions.
  • Be responsive to emails, text messages, and phone calls with contact outside of regular business hours.
  • Management of the CEOs homes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of personal or administrative assistant experience.

SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Proven strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
  • Adept with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as with the Google Suite, Concur, and Zoom

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Travel up to 20% or as directed based on the needs of the business
