About the Role
The Content Development Specialist is responsible for the development, and maintenance of training materials. The Content Development Specialist also collaborate with the trainer and Customer Experience Senior Manager on process workflows. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who can maintain all existing and approved content in Customer Experience Operations as published and housed on our internal Intranet site and other web-based platforms. The Content Development Specialist is a self-starter who can work independently, adapt to changing priorities and is willing to go above and beyond to deliver exemplary materials. This candidate is innovative, having experience developing comprehensive modules using various training methods, deliver in both remote and in-person environments. The Content Development Specialist supports the Customer Experience team by producing detailed materials, as required by the Training Program and as requested for each department’s unique training needs.
This position is primarily remote, with the exception of quarterly site visits to our Westbury, NY location. The Customer Experience Senior Manager may request the Content Development Specialist be present in the Westbury office, as needed.
