Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment for the residents
• Monitor and record resident vital signs, height and weight, weight gain/loss and fluid intake/output accurately
• Provide direct resident care under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN)
• Provide excellent, safe services in care and treatment including bathing, feeding, oral care, dressing, and moving residents from area to area
• Wake up residents, assist with morning grooming and move resident to dining room as needed
• Assists patient with prescribed exercises as necessary
• Maintains a culture of safety and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• 18 years old and above
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds at times
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
