Briggs Industrial Solutions is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Dallas, TX

POSITION PURPOSE:The Administrative Manager leads and coordinates the day-to-day administrative support for Parts & Service, Rental & Sales to ensure excellent quality and customer service. Ensure all Briggs Equipment standards comply with and are executed consistently with company direction.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:1. Ensure execution of the selection, hiring, development, training and new hire procedures2. Manage and monitor the Accounts Receivable and Payable activity for Parts & Service, Rental and Sales to ensure accuracy and timely completion3. Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual processes for the assigned location, to include safety inspections, permits / inspections, parts / equipment inventory and culture activities4. Manage open service orders to close as needed5. Partner with local Leadership on required reporting and analytics 6. Manage the sales ordering process, to include identifying the appropriate processes and efficiency improvements7. Perform as the systems’ subject matter expert, trainer and facilitator for assigned location, to include training new hires8. Partner with cross functional partners (Human Resources, Finance, Technology, etc.) to ensure assigned locations are in alignment with the Organization in all process and direction9. Perform other related duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBasic Knowledge & Competencies:• Strong organizational skills and ability to make informed decisions quickly / resolve problems • Excellent Customer Service, multi-tasking and collaborative skills• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy• Ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization• Excellent project management skills • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Previous Experience/Education:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required• 5 years’ experience in an administrative role required• Analytical decision-making preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS• Working conditions are normal for an office environment• Frequent use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files and other equipment• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
