The Role:

The Campus Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: screening and utilizing creative sourcing methods (internal and external) to bring in new talent. You will partner with the Recruitment and Leadership Teams to determine staffing needs on a regular basis and develop/implement strategies to fill open positions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts at target schools including academic faculty, career services, development offices, student organizations, etc.

• Coordinate participation in various job fairs and other campus events.
• Promote the company’s brand and image on assigned college campuses.
• Execute recruitment strategies to reach high volume hiring goals. 
• Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates.
• Review and coordinate candidate applications, conduct phone interviews as needed, and participate in applicant interviews.

• Serve as the initial contact for prospective candidates.
• Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the Recruitment, Selection and Hiring Cycle.
• Extend verbal offers of employment to candidates under the direction of the Hiring Managers.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of job specific experience ex. Campus recruiting
• Extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience with internet-based recruiting resources and applicant tracking systems/HR information systems is preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Travel to selected universities as needed
