Position Info

• Build relationships with residents, vendors, prospects, and industry professionals to positively promote community/communities.
• Maintain the community, resident, vendor, and organizational system (both electronic and physical) in a timely, accurate and confidential manner always.
• Create, manage, and deposit daily rent collection of all community income (site rent, rentals, late fees, etc.).
• Pursue delinquent rents and perform evictions within state and landlord laws and attend court proceedings, as required.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit all daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as directed. • Respond to resident/vendor comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Organize and participate in community events.
• Hire, train, and motivate team members to ensure deadlines are met and company policies and procedures are followed. Administer corrective action with proper documentation.
• Manage and assign tasks to onsite team members using work orders.
• Maintain team member employee files, time sheets and records to coordinate accurate compensation and benefits.
• Administer team member discipline/coaching forms with proper documentation, when needed.
• Perform team member reviews, as directed.
• Communicate new assignments and policy changes to all team members immediately (including the recommendation of position changes and promotions).
• Inspect the community and surrounding areas daily to ensure a clean, attractive, and safe fashion always.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience and/or property management experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with strong time management, leadership and follow-through skills.
• Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• General computer & internet knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid operator’s license
