Joining BCRE as a Property Administrator you will join a group of highly motivated collaborative professionals managing the life cycle of the building operations! In this role you will be exposed to all aspects of commercial real estate operations, you will work alongside a great team to help make sure the building is run smoothly. This is a great opportunity to come in and grow within the company!
As Property administrator you will be responsible for duties that include accounting, tenant relations and service, maintenance, and administrative tasks. You will work alongside the Property Management team to ensure the building is kept up to date and all tasks are completed.
