Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred.
Required Knowledge: Proficient typing, filing, and project management skills.
Responsible for providing secretarial and clerical support to the executive staff. Prepares and assembles letters, memos, and reports. Answers questions and directs telephone calls and visitors. Prepares documents and assembles and maintains records. Responsible for all Board activities and tasks including recording of minutes from Board meetings. Preforms and oversees specific projects and programs as assigned. Schedules and organizes meetings. Responsible for the procurement of supplies, forms, and equipment, and maintaining inventory. Maintains document files and storage including member records, and daily work both onsite, electronically, and offsite. Prepares, edits, and maintains policies and procedures. Confidentiality required at all times. Must have strong proofreading skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
