Overview
Role:The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all of the school’s back office needs, including managing school finances and school information management. Managed by the DOO, this position will require a high degree of organization and responsibility, and will be viewed as the “right-hand” to the DOO.
Success Metrics:
Enrollment and reporting:
-100% student residency collection and reporting complete in CHE by October deadline
-100% of Family Consumer Surveys (FRPL) forms are collected prior to October CHE deadline.
-At least 85% of students matched to Achieve through Newark Enrolls are enrolled in Achieve on October 15.
-100% of student immunization records collected by deadline
School finances:
-100% of Achieve expenses follow proper procurement protocols; there is an approved Purchase Order for all expenses before services or products are issued.
-95% of invoices submitted for payment into AP system within 30 days of invoice date
School emergency preparedness:
-100% of safety drills are conducted and documented as mandated by NJ
