About this role: Wells Fargo Equipment Finance is seeking an inside sales rep for their Construction Group. In this role, you will: Manage the sale of products or services within a specified district or territory Select and develop sources, leads and contacts Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development Participate in trade shows and sales events Mentor other sales staff Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements Mentor to less experience individuals and may assist with their development Required Qualifications: 4 years of Business Lending Development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Prior sales and/or lending experience Highly motivated Independent learner Job Expectations: Call on construction equipment dealers to generate equipment loans and leases. Call on construction companies to generate equipment loans and leases. Support existing sales reps to help them cover their territories.
