The Process Improvement Analyst at Breeze is vital to ensuring objective analysis of commercial and operational processes while partnering with different leaders across the organization. This position contributes to lower costs and streamlined processes by leading projects to identify inefficiencies using process improvement tools and data analysis. The position is additionally the secondary contact for Oracle ERP Cloud troubleshooting and system enhancements.
Here’s what you’ll do
- Lead cross-functional projects to deliver root cause analysis, create corrective and preventative action plans, and creatively envision, design, and implement new process summaries
- Collect, analyze, and present results of new process summaries with use of available tools and data
- Assist with establishing baseline data and identify Key Performance Indicators to quantify impacts of process improvement implementation
- Communicate with individuals across the company to enhance methodologies, processes, training, and performance
- Interact with Finance stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for automation using Oracle ERP Cloud offerings or third-party tools
- Assist the Manager with application defect investigation, configuration, and testing
- Deliver Oracle ERP Could reports and data analytics for Finance stakeholders
- Support relationships with external application consultants
- Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
Here’s what you need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, or Business Administration
- High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
- Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile based project management
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud
- Green Belt/ Black Belt Certification
- Experience with leading cross functional teams
