Breakaway Physical Therapy is Hiring a Sales Development Representative Near Crofton, MD

Are you looking to be able to offer a service and products that you can actually stand behind and believe in? We are a rapidly growing Physical Therapy office looking for a full-time/part-time Sales Development Representative/ In house sales, to join our team! In this role you’ll be working to follow-up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow-up on inquiries, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database.

You MUST have previous experience in SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS and/or other relevant phone sales experience. Please ONLY apply if you have been SUCCESSFUL in the role of scheduling appointments and or phone/sales and prospecting, as the primary outcome of your role is to secure at least 15-25 new qualified appointments per month.

This position offers a solid base salary plus bonus and commission taking your total compensation beyond $50,000. You will be working an extensive book of white-hot leads, you’ll be using an amazing CRM that makes calling leads quick and easy, sending your number of dials (and commissions!) through the roof.

The founder of the company is a leading Physical Therapist and Author of the international selling book, “Mom Strong: Pregnancy and Beyond. She has also been interviewed by other healthcare providers and asked to speak to their patients on a variety of healthcare topics. She is somewhat of a mini-celebrity in the health care field and our clinic is well known in the community. She is a sought-after mentor and trainer of other practitioners on the topic of pelvic health and selling their services, and in that respect you will be working for a CEO with a focus on marketing and selling with integrity.

This is an awesome opportunity for someone WHO:

  • Has at least one year’s experience in a successful inside sales position, preferably setting appointments in a business-to-business environment.

  • Doesn’t want to travel and prefers talking to people over the phone to schedule appointments or provide answers.

  • Ability to work to meet deadlines, (often) under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location:

The role is an office-based sales role at our clinic based in Crofton, Maryland.

Your Compensation:

  • Competitive compensations package
