Position Overview
Bread Alone’s People and Culture Manager is a leadership role with cross functional responsibilities across the business ranging from talent acquisition, counsel on procedure and policy interpretation, retention strategies, employee engagement benefits and employee relations issues.
The People & Culture Manager is the gatekeeper of administration support for on-boarding, proactive recruitment, rewards / recognition, performance management, engagement surveys, human resource compliance and the delivery of leadership soft-skills and HR training.
The People & Culture Manager will lead a team of People professionals and is a point of contact in all HR related information for our people and our operation leaders. They are the bridge between the operations and administrative team and will help our employees thrive by building deep personalized relationships and proactively supporting them during their employee life cycle & experiences. They will succeed in this role by knowing our people, and business well along with displaying and championing Bread Alone’s Purpose Values and Culture.
The People & Culture Manager reports directly to the Director of People & Culture and works closely alongside the Director of Training.

Compensation Details: Bread Alone is committed to balancing the demands of the business and providing a living wage to all those who contribute to our success. Pay range for this position is $55,000 to $74,000 annually. A breakdown of the pay range for all positions company-wide is listed below.
