Bray Trucking of Alexandria, KY, an established 70-year old company, is seeking a professional part-time Customer Service Representative, due to continued growth.
Manage very high telephone call volume in a courteous, efficient manner, demonstrate customer service skills when using the phone
Enter orders and update Dispatch system with all information received from customer
Demonstrate positive attitude, team work skills, and ability to be coached and mentored
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and interact with people over phone or in office
Experience with MicroSoft Word & Excel
Part time-approx. 20-24 hours per week
Available as a co-op also, flexible schedule around classes
