Braselton Dental office is Hiring a Dental Front Office Assistant Near Hoschton, GA

Our family-oriented dental practice in Braselton, GA is growing and looking for an awesome full-time administrative assistant to join our team!

We are looking for a motivated, friendly and enthusiastic person. A focus on customer service is essential and a positive attitude and great work ethic are a must. Work week is approximately 32-36 hours per week.

Responsibilities: responsible for all administrative aspects of the front reception area.

  • Monitor scheduling of appointments for multiple dentists.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and check voice mail system.
  • Greet clients and visitors, creating a warm and welcome atmosphere.
  • Make phone call reminders to clients regarding their appointments
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Inform patients of financial treatment plan options.
  • Prepare and mail billing statements.
  • Verify and consult with insurance company regarding patient benefits.
  • Prepare dental claims to send to insurance company.
  • Collect and receive payments from patients at the time of treatment or service.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm

  • No weekends 1 hour lunch break

Pay and benefits are based on personality and experience.
