We are looking for Site Operations Manager in Roxanna, IL.who will direct manager and coordinates all business operations on a project site to maximize project safety, productivity, revenue, and profitability. The Site Operations Manager is accountable for the safe and efficient method of the sites operation while driving revenue and corresponding profit and loss relating to business operations for the project.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of soft craft (scaffold, insulation, paint, and abatement) consistent with customer requirements and branch revenue and profitability goals
- Provide leadership and assist in the supervision and direction of job site work crews to fulfill customer requirements and maintain job profitability.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses involving company property, employees, or temporary employees. Prepare documentation to ensure an adequate investigation and preservation of evidence is completed.
- Discuss job requirements with construction job site management and other personnel to ensure satisfaction of customer requirements and the safe utilization of company products and services.
- Participate in safety initiatives, meetings, inspections, and worker recognition programs as required by the customer. May provide customer safety training as approved by the Corporate Training Department. Work with job site safety personnel to identify and resolve safety issues.
- Observe employees during work activities and provide feedback and/or retraining as needed regarding basic safety expectations for workers and/or supervisors. Observe employees to help ensure compliance standards are maintained with respect to the customer, jobsite, and/or company safety and health rules, policies, and procedures.
- Develop pre-job plan to assure the proper BrandSafway equipment is available per job requirements, which could require the development of layout design, estimating, bidding, and change orders.
- Assist with the administration of Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations such as OSHA, DOT, MSHA, EPA, and NFPA.
- Perform job hazard analysis to identify hazards within the workplace. Requires the ability to climb scaffold and enter confined spaces on job sites. Determine the appropriate control measure(s) to eliminate or reduce workplace hazards and/or protect employees. Coach and guide employees and management regarding safety compliance issues and safe product applications.
- Facilitate, document, and ensure all employees at site receive the company and customer’s required safety training and all site-specific training as well. Conduct safety meetings and training programs for employees.
Qualifications
- Experience Requires education generally equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on the scaffolding segment. Requires experience in presenting training materials in a group setting.
- Requires ability to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions based on this data, and to effectively communicate the related required actions to a broad audience
- Requires knowledge of and the ability to use a variety of standard office equipment including a computer. (Utilizing a variety of software packages)
- Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a motor vehicle in a safe manner while carefully observing all traffic regulations.
- Advance knowledge and understanding of current construction and general industry safety regulations and the ability to analyze and interpret this data for the safety of employees, job sites, and the branch.
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, company employees, and customer employees at job sites and give sales presentations and negotiate terms and conditions of sales to the best advantage of the company.
- Directly supervises all site safety personnel.
- Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
