We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to help our Business Process Development team as we construct plans to modernize digital improvements to chosen enterprise systems to meet operational and customer needs. This role requires a candidate with experience in designing and planning simplified, user friendly, and efficient User Interfaces on mobile platforms, reviewing existing systems to design mobile data capture solutions to drive business processes, and work with teams to design mobile solutions for existing manual data capture processes. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Project Management. They must have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and the ability to analysis existing business processes to identify areas where digital products can improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Review existing manual data capture processes and work with functional leaders to scope mobile capture UX solutions
• Ability to execute digital rollout projects as part of a product strategy used simplified data capture methods
• Participate in process research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities to build on existing features and functionalities of digital tools
• Lead project operating rhythms to manage stakeholder expectations, manage scope creep, project design changes, and ensure project timeline is maintained in a cross-functional team
• Provide end-to-end project management
• Deliver projects that meet quality and time standards
• Manage the project timeline and backlog of potential project changes
• Define and manage to project charters and design documents with identified stakeholders
• Assist in and coordinate lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature identification, UX design and user acceptance testing
• Partner with the operations teams to identify key capabilities needed and usability required as well as identifying potential issues
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
• Partner with IT to manage existing digital projects in conjunction with Product roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
• Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements during execution and post implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Experience writing SQL queries, experience with back-end and front-end programming languages, such as Java, HTML, CSS, Angular JS
• 3-5 years’ experience in digital project management or similar
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
• Usability and customer-focused design experience a must
• Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems in simplified and user-friendly methods
