Marketing Operations Manager
BrandMuscle, the leader in integrated local and channel marketing, is looking for a passionate marketer with impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the desire to learn and grow in their career to join our Corporate Marketing Team as Marketing Operations Manager.

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting members of the marketing team with the execution of a variety of programs and serve as a team ambassador to raise awareness and adoption of branded assets and sales tools across the company.

We work in a fast-paced market that occasionally requires irregular work hours and quick turnarounds, so flexibility is critical for success in this position. We are looking for a candidate who is thoughtful, innovative and able to easily adapt to rapid changes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, possess strong project management skills and have an impeccable eye for detail. We are focused on providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, DM, events, SEO/PPC, social media, and content marketing
  • Evaluate and monitor marketing campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Own SaaS review sites such as G2 and Captera and manage the process of soliciting reviews
  • Coordinate and execute virtual and in-person events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, partners and internal subject matter experts, and report on performance
  • Support in the management of the corporate marketing team budget and calendar
  • Coordinate and manage the purchase and distribution of promotional items and apparel; leverage internal resources and third parties to secure competitive pricing, own and maintain the online company swag store
  • Collaborate with sales operations to ensure alignment
  • Support customer marketing efforts to help increase platform adoption and revenue growth
  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and templates using Pardot and SF Marketing Cloud, report on performance and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Assist with research to identify target accounts, contacts, and expansion opportunities
  • Manage and add key marketing contacts (publishers, partners, analysts, influencers) into SalesForce CRM
  • Assist in managing sales and marketing technology vendor relationships and maximize value through ROI reporting, awareness and training
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong desire to help grow a company and help it dominate the market 
  • Natural ability to collaborate well with others and thrive when part of a team
  • Some travel may be required
