The Implementation Consultant is the main point-of-contact between large multi-billion marketing organizations and Hive9. You will own all aspects of the interaction after the customer purchases our application, through implementation, adoption, and renewal. Throughout your job you will work with customer teams to change their marketing processes and work with internal teams to make those changes a reality.

You will have critical role in the success of the company. Hive9 strives itself as being a customer success driven organization. As a member of the Customer Success team your interaction with the customer will help drive product direction and company growth. Due to a recent merger, Hive9 is now integrating with BrandMaker, another pioneer of SaaS marketing solutions. The new organizations differentiated capabilities enable the combined companies to address the full spectrum of marketing operations use cases, supporting customers from mid-market to enterprise, anywhere in the world. Upon hire and for the upcoming 3-6 months you will report to the Head of Marketing Performance Services.

Every day will bring new and exciting challenges. You will:

  • Serve as primary liaison between Hive9 and customer during implementation
  • Lead all aspects of implementing Hive9 successfully, including but not limited to leading workshops, understanding/defining business requirements for success, understanding customer change management needs, mustering internal and customer resources, training, roll-out
  • Advise on best practices on platform adoption, marketing processes, marketing technology integration and change management
  • Facilitate technical discussions and white boarding for project integrations and technical solutions from one to many technical applications
  • Develop strategies and detailed plans to ensure end user adoption of the platform and business processes introduced by the implementation Hive9
  • Assist in the analyzing of customer data including marketing campaign performance, plan composition, planning processes and provide recommendations
  • Manage customer enhancement requests, including initial requirements gathering, hand-off to product team and conveying progress of development.
  • Produce and manage some customer-facing documentation
  • Develop risk mitigation plans as issues arise
  • Manage renewal and customer growth

Requirements & Career Motivations:

  • Ability to lead a virtual and/or physical room filled with enterprise level marketers
  • Proven knowledge of Marketing Planning processes including Annual Planning, Strategic Realization and marketing execution
  • Knowledge of Marketing Operations processes including MarTech Stack (e.g. CRM, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics, Social, Content Management, Data Warehouse, Reporting/Dashboard Platforms)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation best practices, lead management and performance reporting
  • 5 years working directly with marketing departments to understand business needs and applying technology solutions to those requirements
  • Proficiency designing and implementing solutions based on customer needs
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative when managing multiple, complex projects with competing requirements
  • Exceptional customer services, communication, interpersonal and support skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven training experience including both remote and onsite sessions
  • Willingness to travel 35% of the time
