Brandan Enterprises Inc. (BEI) is searching for a qualified Training Specialist to support our Federal Client.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all BEI’s employees supporting the Federal Client meet customers’ minimum requirements in all areas of the scope of work. All BEI employees shall be tested by the Training Specialist to ensure the proper level of office desktop software application proficiency as determined necessary to fulfill the Task Order requirements. The Training Specialist will provide and maintain testing verification documentation on all employees.

The Training Specialist shall be responsible for training the employees and ensuring employees achieve proficiency in the requirements contained in this SOW appropriate to their responsibilities and skill levels. The Training Specialist shall be responsible for training any new employees, coordinating mass training for all employees as required, one-on-one training for unique requirements, training the employees to any application or procedural updates or new version releases, and tracking and documenting the completion of all required training. Below is a listing of anticipated training areas and currently utilized applications:

• Client-provided software, currently Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Adobe; and file storage/collaboration mediums such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Cisco Jabber, and Teams

• Concur Government Edition (CGE) and Agency- and Center-specific travel regulations

• Enterprise Service Desk (ordering from the ESD catalog, moves, general IT helpdesk tickets, self-help troubleshooting, etc.)

• Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI)

• Identity and Access Management (IdMAX)

• Export Control

• Center badging procedures and systems

• Federal records management

• Customer service

• Client supply policies and procedures

• Operation of basic office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, multifunctional devices, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications requirements:

Education: Associate’s Degree in the related field from an accredited educational institution

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the related field.
