In this role you will partner with the HR manager to ensure the HR function supports company objectives and are executed flawlessly.

The candidate must be able to work effectively with operations and corporate services teams and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. This position will report to the HR and Talent Development Manager. The primary responsibilities of the HR coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the company’s recruiting, hiring and onboarding programs. They will be responsible for ensuring that all human resource functions are in support of the company’s overall business strategy and implementing continuous improvements. This is a great opportunity for a rising star with raw skills and a thirst for learning to join an industry leading firm. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting efforts by searching resume databases and social media to source qualified candidates
  • Assist HR Manager in recruiting by phone screening candidates and scheduling interviews; provides applicants support throughout the staffing process
  • Assist in recruiting activities such as career fairs
  • Assist in developing and conducting new employee orientations to cover BranchPattern company policies and procedures, and benefits information, etc.
  • Post open positions on career websites, job boards and social media
  • Supports the HR Department in the maintenance of human resource records, past and current including but not limited to: Personnel Files, I-9, performance improvement plants, etc. 
  • Supports the HR Department in data entry for the HRIS system

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 0-1 year previous HR experience, training, or education
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Successful completion of criminal background check
  • Experience utilizing HR Technology, such as ATS or HRIS
  • Attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or another related field.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive energy
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Extremely responsive and dedicated to meeting expectations
  • Personable individuals who are able to earn the trust of others
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines in a team environment
  • Adept at prioritizing workload and proactively communicating in order to ensure deadlines are met
