Responsibilities:
- Market and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in insurance regulations
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of insurance products
Experience:
- Licensed & previous experience in insurance sales or related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in sales administration and CRM software
- Retail sales experience is beneficial
