What you’ll be working on

Our client is open to global talent but asks that candidates be able to overlap part of their work day with Central Standard Time (CST)

They expect this project to be long term with the right talent

They are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will work on systems infrastructure within the networks of AWS, Cloudflare, and other third-party service providers

Tasks will include:

1. Successful completion and launch of their main app in mainland China (most of the work on this has already been done)

2. Maintenance updates to their GitHub actions deployment pipeline

3. Other system maintenance and upgrades for long-term stability and developer productivity (not a single deliverable, obviously, but they have a whole DevOps board in JIRA and this candidate would be working to help us prioritize tickets on that board and then complete them as time permits)
