THE OPPORTUNITY
Requirements
Who you are:
● 5 years of experience working in backend API development
● Experience building and scaling an E-Commerce and/or SaaS web application
● Extensive experience in statically typed language with object-oriented patterns in C#,
Java, or equivalent language
● You can thrive in ambiguity with an optimistic view of what can be accomplished
● Ability to get things done on a small team with accountability and ownership
● Ability to communicate effectively to help plan for and achieve objectives
Nice to Have:
● Previous work history with a startup or growth stage company doing product development
● Experience with modern .NET (.NET Core 3 )
● Experience with cloud-hosted application on AWS with managed services and Lambdas
● Experience designing and developing GraphQL API
● Solid understanding of software testing strategies and practices (such as TDD)

Our client is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to achieve shared business outcomes. Core responsibilities will involve delivering value through the full software delivery lifecycle from inception to production. You will need to be a quick learner, a problem solver, and customer-centric as they seek to create a seamless customer and operational experience for their partners. Work closely with sales and leadership teams to enable the platform for multiple partners
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Collaborate with teammates to create an elegant system to deliver the best user
experience
