Brady Martz & Associates is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Grand Forks, ND

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the recruitment and hiring cycle. They will work as a part of a team with the Chief Talent Officer and other talent team members to research, develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
  • Develops detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Identify recruiting platforms and employ multiple strategies to build a strong talent pipeline of intern and entry-level candidates through networking, social media, college and university recruiting systems
  • Identify recruiting platforms and employ multiple strategies to build a strong talent pipeline of experienced hires through networking, social media, and employee referrals
  • Serves as the primary administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); creates job postings and manages applications
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates, schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other talent team members during the offer and onboarding processes
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Assists with other team projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Advanced knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Strong technology skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally
  • Team Player
  • Ability to think innovatively
