What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Manager position at Brady Martz & Associates?
The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for supporting all aspects of the recruitment and hiring cycle. They will work as a part of a team with the Chief Talent Officer and other talent team members to research, develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
- Develops detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Identify recruiting platforms and employ multiple strategies to build a strong talent pipeline of intern and entry-level candidates through networking, social media, college and university recruiting systems
- Identify recruiting platforms and employ multiple strategies to build a strong talent pipeline of experienced hires through networking, social media, and employee referrals
- Serves as the primary administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); creates job postings and manages applications
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates, schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other talent team members during the offer and onboarding processes
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Assists with other team projects as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- Advanced knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Team Player
- Ability to think innovatively

Salary : $70,800 - $89,700
